19 Feb 2007, Monday - 2nd ROM Anniversary....
Two years ago this day, Esmond and I registered our marriage at the Registry of Marriage, Singapore witnessed by our family members and close friends. Till this day, the memory is still vivid as if it had only occured a couple of days back.
We didn't get to celebrate our first anniversary last year as we were "separated". (Cool down... separated by distance! Not in marriage / relationship!... Esmond had left for Australia in Aug 2005, 6 months after our ROM. He returned to Singapore for 3 weeks to have our wedding album done and had to fly back to AU before CNY last year... hence, we had missed celebrating my birthday, his birthday, our ROM first anniversary, our 10th anniversary of being together last year....)
This is the first time that we are celebrating our ROM anniversary.
We went to Harbour Town at Helensvale for a little retail therapy... he he....
Esmond bought himself a pink Polo Ralph T-shirt at half price! They were having a 50% off storewide sale.... I was tempted to buy a dark blue turtle neck knit pull over and it fitted me quite well except for the sleeve. It was a wee bit too long...

In the end I bought myself two jackets! 1 from Nike and the other one from Adidas... (Yay! I have new jackets for this coming winter!!!!)
We had fun shopping... lucky we arrived around 3pm... otherwise we'd be spending more money and burning another hole in our pockets!
We shopped till the shutters came down on those shops... We then proceeded to Surfers Paradise in search of dinner.... After "shopping" around for the "perfect venue", we finally settled on George's Seafood Restaurant, opposite Conrad Jupiters.

It was an Italian restaurant and the service was excellent. The waiters are polite and caters to your every needs, checking up on you etc... I had Fetucinne alla Gino (a.k.a. fetucinne with grilled chicken and bacon cooked in white sauce) and Esmond had a Mushroom Steak. We also had garlic bread and lobster soup.

The lobster soup was full of "liao"... and of course, it's not just 1 piece of garlic bread lah... we were so hungry we ate them before we remembered to take photos of it... (same case happened to our main dishes... haha!)
The food was fantastic (as usual I couldn't finish my portion and Esmond clears them up....). It took us around 2 hours to finish our dinner! haha...
We had fun and we are happy that we have the opportunity to celebrate this special occasion together...
