Before his fiancee left for China, she had requested us to be with Rey and hold a surprise birthday celebration for Rey as she would not be around to celebrate it with him.
This was before we left for Singapore to celebrate CNY with our families and before our housemates left Brisbane (sorry for the jumbled order....)
We had a BBQ at Peter and Oi Hung's place and there were plenty of drinks, food and laughter (as usual).
We made it out as a normal BBQ get together so Rey was pleasantly surprised when Oi Hung brought out her home made birthday cake for him...
Plenty of food and drinks around...
Hope it was a good year for your Rey, and may 2009 brings you all that you wish for... (he's had his birthday come and gone this year... see, time flies!!!)
